Inflation: market consensus is that the month-to-month rate is expected to rise by around 0.13% 

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE in Portuguese) on Tuesday released the March numbers of the National Consumer Price Index (IPCA in Portuguese).

The trend is for the index to continue its downward trajectory, causing banks and advisers to review forecasts. According to the market consensus, the month-to-month rate is expected to rise by around 0.13%, with the accumulated 12 months at 2.71%.
